Saturday- the sound of its-

Som-er-set chatter- miss its-

rain smell- plash-splatter-

click clack of feet- then a car-

splashing me- crossing the street-

wonderous arc of water wave!

Glittering- rainbow- soaking-

Praise! To the sod of people-

pushing past-the sudden rush-

bus coming- in God I trust!

Ten A- to the roundabout-

Thanks! To the bus I missed- thanks!

To- woman in pac-a-mac

To- lad chewing a big-mac

To- girls vaping next to Boots

To- goths stomping in their boots

To- six shopping trolleys (check)

Todays weather- didn’t check

Praise Be!- Taunton in the rain!

Praise I- never come again!
